Maarten Passtoors joined Boyden in 2007 and has worked in executive search since 1994.

Maarten started his career with Hilton International where he spent 10 years in different international Management positions. He worked in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Paris and Amsterdam.

Maarten left the Hilton group to work for the holding of the Autobar Group as a Business Development Manager throughout Europe. Afterwards he became the Managing Director of the SCN Trade Organisation in the Netherlands between 1991 and 1994.

Maarten's search career began in 1994 when he joined a European executive search firm. In 1997 he started an executive search firm with several colleagues. It rapidly built into a highly successful organization employing up to 18 professionals. This company has since merged its activities with Boyden.

Maarten graduated from the Michigan State & Cornell University in the USA.
